Returns

If your purchase is not to your liking, you can return it to us within 30 days.

Note: We only cover return shipping costs if there is a defect in the product or if an incorrect product has been sent. We therefore recommend that you always send your return with a track and trace code. Khasto is not liable for lost returns.

How do I return my purchase in case of a defect?
If there is a defect in your purchase or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us. We aim to answer these within 1 working day.

How do I return my purchase if I am not satisfied?

1. Fill in the return form and print it out. Click here for the return form.
2. Pack the item(s) together with the return form.

How do I exchange my purchase for a different size or product?

If you have ordered the wrong size, or if you prefer to receive another product, the product can be exchanged. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Fill in the return form, indicate which product you are returning, what the reason is and for which product you want to exchange the purchase. Print the form. Click here for the return form.
2. Pack the item(s) together with the return form.

As soon as we receive your package, we will send the new product. In the unlikely event that your desired product is no longer in stock, we will send you an email.

If you live in Amsterdam, it is also possible to exchange the purchase in our store.

Warranty


If upon receipt of your purchase it appears that there is a defect in the product, please let us know as soon as possible.
We will then look for a solution together.

If it is possible to repair the product, we will offer to pay the costs or we will carry out the repair ourselves. Small defects can often still be made, so we always choose to act as sustainably as possible where possible.

If it is not possible to repair the product, we will send a new product. We always ask that the defective product be returned to us so that we can continue to work on maintaining the quality of the Khasto products.

If you live in Amsterdam, it is also possible to visit the store. We will then look for a solution together in the store.
