KHASTO RETURN POLICY

You may return your purchased Khasto item within 14 calendar days after date of receipt, without providing any reason, and we will, depending on your request, change the product for a different colour or print free of charge, or refund the full purchase price, and if payed, also refund the costs for shipping from our stock to your address of delivery. Your shipment costs for returning the product will also be refunded fully when returning products that do not comply with our guaranteed high level of quality. Costs of shipment for returning products that are not damaged will not be refunded.

If your Khasto purchase has a defect, please contact us in writing, prefferably by email, within 14 calendar days after receiving your package.

Machine wash, prefarably with similar colors at30°C (86 °F)

Wash separately, preferably hand wash, 30°C (86 °F)( For the first time we recommend to put the item in cold water with a dash of vinegar, in this way the color will be better preserved. )
